| Program Description: | FMC has hired Aon Hewitt to provide text messaging services in connection with certain reminders, tips, and other employee benefits messages for FMC’s corporate and worksite employees (the “Messages”). These Messages relate to FMC’s Open Enrollment period for corporate and worksite employees’ benefit plan elections through FMC’s health and welfare plan for the 2014 benefits plan year. All text message alerts will be initiated by Aon Hewitt, not FMC. Aon Hewitt will send text message alerts to subscribers who have opted in to receive alerts from Aon Hewitt’s sponsoring website or registration site. Aon Hewitt will not provide to, or otherwise share with, FMC the mobile telephone number(s) (or any other information transmitted via this text messaging program) of any corporate or worksite employee who opts into Aon Hewitt’s text messaging program. |

User Fees
Neither Aon Hewitt nor 2sms, LLC charges users’ fees to receive text messages. However, message and data rates charged by a participant’s individual/corporate mobile service provider may apply.
User Opt-In
You may 'Opt-in' to this program by contacting Aon Hewitt. By opting into Aon Hewitt’s program, you agree to receive text messages from Aon Hewitt based on the account preferences you choose.
Opt Out
To Opt-out (discontinue receiving messages from Aon Hewitt and from shortcode 23613), reply "STOP", "QUIT", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "REMOVE" or "STOP ALL" to 23613 from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional messages from shortcode 23613 unless you opt-in again.

Neither Aon Hewitt nor 2sms, LLC will be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
